LAPIZTA® reserves the right at all times to modify the models featured in the website. While LAPIZTA® has tried to accurately display shapes and colors of the products on the Website, the actual colors you see mostly depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. Any addition or substitution of parts or accessories with those not manufactured by LAPIZTA®, as well as any alteration, modification or other material change made to or on LAPIZTA® products by a third party not authorized by LAPIZTA® cancels the warranty. LAPIZTA® does not approve any modification made on the LAPIZTA® products by non-authorized third parties, including the addition of verbal and graphic elements, as well as any customization activity.
All intellectual property rights such as trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs and copyrights are reserved and are exclusively owned by LAPIZTA®.

This Policy does not apply to any information you provide to us or that we may collect offline and/or through other means. It also does not apply to any information collected by another affiliated or third party website or application that may link to or be accessible from the Website.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, or sized. Once worn, it will be subject to LAPIZTA’s limited warranty. All original packaging must be returned intact including all tags, manuals, booklets, warranty cards and boxes.
Returned or exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number written on the shipping label or package. To obtain a valid RMA please contact Lapizta Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be assessed on those items originally shipped for free (please note: Packages that arrive COD will be denied). Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used when placing the order.

The customer is advised to use a traceable courier and insure their package for the full purchase price. Lapizta Group, LLC is not responsible for lost packages or items that arrive damaged.
All returns or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the return by Lapizta Group, LLC.
Your watch is covered by an international warranty against any defect in manufacturing, valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
An international warranty card should be located inside the box accompanying your watch, duly completed by the authorized LAPIZTA dealer, indicating the model no., date and location of the purchase.
Issued by LAPIZTA Group LLC, this warranty is accepted by all LAPIZTA Official Service Centers, provided that the international warranty card has been signed and dated at the time of purchase by an authorized LAPIZTA dealer, the card is provided with the watch when it is sent for repair and no part of the underside of the original case has been modified, falsified, altered, replaced, erased, defaced or made illegible. Failure to respect these above conditions renders all rights resulting from the LAPIZTA international warranty null and void.
Only LAPIZTA Group LLC or its Official Service Centers will decide at its sole discretion, to repair or replace any LAPIZTA timepiece under this international warranty.
Your LAPIZTA has been tested to check its water-resistance and ensure that it is in perfect working order.
This international warranty does not cover damage resulting from service provided anywhere other than at a LAPIZTA Official Service Center and shall void the warranty. The limited warranty does not cover bracelets, crystals, casing parts or batteries, or any damage to the case or movement caused by moisture that might have entered the watch as a result of improper handling, nor does it apply, on a more general basis, if there is evidence of misuse or abuse. This warranty replaces any warranties implied by some countries local law.
Some countries local law may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you the specific legal rights and you may also have other rights under local laws which vary from country to country.
If you need to return your LAPIZTA watch, we recommend that you wrap it carefully to avoid any damage and mail it through a trackable shipper to the address below. Please send the original watch packaged in its original LAPIZTA box. Remember to include the international warranty card fully completed by the authorized LAPIZTA dealer, a copy of the original sales receipt to validate the date of purchase and a note explaining what service is required for your LAPIZTA watch. Also remember to include your name, return mailing address, email address and contact telephone number.

We recommend that you insure your package for the original purchase value in case it is lost in transit. LAPIZTA GROUP LLC, is not responsible for lost packages. This warranty does not affect your consumer rights.
If the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, then you will receive an estimate for the cost of repair. Based on this estimate, you then indicate whether you agree or he repair work (at the given price) or that you decline the repairs. If you decline the repairs, we will send the watch back to you.
